Santos Medrano, a 37-year-old resident of Baltimore, Maryland, was tragically killed on the night of February 16, 2019. Medrano was walking home from work when he was attacked near the intersection of Imla Street and Bank Street in Southeast Baltimore. Initially, police believed Medrano had been beaten, but upon further examination at the hospital, it was discovered that he had been shot. The motive behind the attack was determined to be robbery.
