On November 30, 2023, Alfredo Oscar Nunez, a 37-year-old resident of Thornton, Colorado, was fatally shot inside a home in the 7300 block of Oneida Drive in Commerce City, Colorado. The incident occurred in the early morning hours.

The suspect in the shooting has been identified as 22-year-old Finn Clark Hoover. According to authorities, Hoover allegedly shot and killed Nunez at the specified residence.
