In the quiet evening of October 27, 2021, a burst of violence shattered the peace in Commerce City, Colorado, claiming the life of 20-year-old Luis Manuel Arzarte Solis. The fatal incident, a double shooting, unfolded around 9 p.m. in the 4800 block of East 62nd Avenue. When police arrived at the scene, they discovered two young men had been shot.
