John Lewis Carter Jr., a 24-year-old male from Dallas, Texas, tragically lost his life on September 10, 2020. He was found shot multiple times at the Bonita Gardens Apartments on Fordham Road. The Dallas Fire-Rescue pronounced him dead at the scene.

The investigation led by the Dallas Police Department's Homicide Unit revealed that the incident was a result of a drug transaction gone wrong. Deshawn Antoine Gray, a 36-year-old man, was identified as the primary suspect. According to polic ...
