Justin Kyle Heavrin Jr., a 17-year-old resident of Little Rock, Arkansas, was fatally shot on January 27, 2024. The incident occurred outside his home in the 1000 block of Hilaro Springs Road in south Little Rock.

According to authorities, the shooting resulted from a disturbance involving 18-year-old Juan Ruiz. During this altercation, Ruiz shot and killed Heavrin. Following the shooting, Heavrin was taken to a local hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries.
