On a Thursday in Little Rock, Arkansas, the quiet of an apartment complex was broken by the sound of gunshots, leading to a grim discovery. On November 10, 2022, police responded to a call at 13500 Chenal Parkway. Upon arrival, a witness directed them to a lake on the property where a vehicle had plunged into the water.

With the assistance of the Pulaski County Sheriff's Office water patrol, the vehicle was recovered from the lake. Inside, authorities found the body of 57-year-old Roy Kin ...
