In the community of North Little Rock, Arkansas, the life of 19-year-old Thomas Jacob Phillips was cut short on February 5, 2024. A recent graduate of North Little Rock High School, class of 2023, Thomas was remembered as a vibrant and enthusiastic young man with a promising future.
