In North Little Rock, Arkansas, on June 1, 2022, a sense of unease settled over the 2200 block of East Washington Avenue as police responded to reports of gunfire. Upon their arrival at approximately 10:53 a.m., they discovered an adolescent male suffering from at least one gunshot wound.
