Armand Van Tonder, 22, a male and White/Caucasian, went to the skate park along the Arkansas River in the 2800 block of River Road in North Little Rock in the early hours of July 16, 2018. When police arrived, they found him mortally wounded and another young man, 18-year-old Jacob Bynum, injured but alive. Investigators quickly said the shootings happened during a robbery, and by that evening the department was offering a $10,000 reward for information that could help catch those responsible.
