On July 7, 2015, 32-year-old Chad Taylor Johnson was fatally shot in the parking lot of Graves Memorial Baptist Church on Oak Grove Road in North Little Rock, Arkansas. The incident occurred around 6:25 a.m. When Pulaski County Sheriff's deputies arrived, they found Johnson suffering from at least one gunshot wound. He was transported by Medflight to Baptist Hospital but succumbed to his injuries en route.
