In the early morning hours of a cold December day in North Little Rock, Arkansas, a tragic series of events unfolded that would claim the life of a young man. On December 29, 2018, police responded to a call around 4:15 a.m. about a person lying in the roadway in the 2900 block of Pike Avenue. Upon their arrival, officers discovered 19-year-old Wesley M.
