In the evening hours of February 27, 2016, in North Little Rock, Arkansas, a burst of gunfire shattered the night, leaving tragedy in its wake. When officers arrived at the scene around 8:30 p.m. after receiving a 911 call about shots being fired, they discovered three men suffering from gunshot wounds. One of the victims was 19-year-old Jevon Shearer, a Black male.
