In the early hours of a Wednesday morning in North Little Rock, Arkansas, a burst of violence cut short the life of 19-year-old Elijah D. Walker. The shooting occurred around 1 a.m. on June 25, 2014, in the 600 block of West Scenic Drive, shattering the quiet of the apartment complex parking lot. When North Little Rock Police arrived at the scene, they found Walker, a resident of North Little Rock, who was pronounced dead.
