In the early morning hours of a Tuesday in North Little Rock, a 43-year-old male named Jason Smith was found inside a residence on West 35th Street, having been shot. The North Little Rock Police Department received the call just after midnight and upon their arrival, officers discovered Smith wounded. He was quickly transported to a local hospital for medical attention.
Despite the efforts of medical personnel, Jason Smith succumbed to his injuries and passed away overnight.
