In the afternoon hours of February 23, 2020, the North Little Rock Police Department responded to a call of a shooting in the 1800 block of Ben Street. Upon their arrival, at approximately 12:45 p.m., they discovered two deceased adult Black males who had been shot. One of the victims was located inside a residence at 1807 Ben Street, while the other was found on the ground outside.
