On the morning of March 21, 2020, the body of 27-year-old Kaylon Javon Luckadue, a Black male, was discovered in North Little Rock, Arkansas. Officers responded to a call at approximately 10:21 a.m. and found him lying on the ground near the roadway in the 1500 block of Arkansas Avenue.
