On June 23, 2021, at approximately 10:39 a.m., North Little Rock police responded to a disturbance involving gunshots at 911 ½ West 22nd Street. Upon arrival, officers found 31-year-old Evan Bowers outside the residence, suffering from a gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

Investigators identified Robert Watts, a 34-year-old resident of North Little Rock, as a suspect in the case. Watts was arrested and charged with first-degree murder in connection with Bowers' death. ...Read More
