In North Little Rock, Arkansas, a fatal incident unfolded outside a bikers club, leaving one man dead. Daniel Burnett, a 38-year-old male, was killed on Saturday, June 22, 2019. The shooting occurred at 2400 East Broadway, the location of the club. A warrant for first-degree murder was obtained for 43-year-old Earnest Harper Jr. of Jacksonville. On Monday, July 22, 2019, members of the United States Marshals Eastern Arkansas Fugitive Task Force located and apprehended the suspect.
Harper was discovered hiding inside a residence at 6800 Canna Street in Little Rock and was taken into custody. In addition to the first-degree murder charge, Harper also faced a charge for being a certain person in possession of a firearm. He was subsequently held without bond at the Pulaski County Detention Center.
