On August 25, 2019, at approximately 1:44 a.m., North Little Rock police responded to reports of gunfire. While investigating, two individuals with gunshot wounds arrived at a local hospital. One victim, identified as 45-year-old Roderick Wesley of North Little Rock, was pronounced dead upon arrival. The second victim, whose identity was not disclosed, sustained non-life-threatening injuries and received medical treatment.
