In the early hours of a Sunday morning in North Little Rock, Arkansas, the life of Roderick Wesley, a 45-year-old male, was tragically cut short. On August 25, 2019, at approximately 1:47 a.m., police responded to a call of shots fired in the vicinity of East 16th Street.
