Garanno Fowler, a 36-year-old Black male from North Little Rock, was found shot at a home in the 800 block of West 24th Street on the evening of Thursday, August 5, 2021. Officers responding around 5:36 p.m. discovered him suffering from at least one gunshot wound and he was pronounced dead at the scene as detectives secured the area and began processing evidence.
