On the evening of Thursday, April 18, 2024, the life of 29-year-old Deonte Lambert of Little Rock was cut short in a fatal shooting at an apartment complex in North Little Rock, Arkansas. North Little Rock Police Department officers responded to a call of shots fired in the 1700 block of Locust Street at approximately 8:33 p.m.
