On March 4, 2015, at approximately 4 a.m., North Little Rock Police Department officers responded to a 911 call reporting a shooting in the 2200 block of Moss Street. Upon arrival, they discovered Robert Justice, a 44-year-old resident of North Little Rock, lying deceased in the roadway. Justice had suffered at least one fatal gunshot wound.
