Jimmy Dale Turner, a 57-year-old resident of North Little Rock, Arkansas, was fatally shot on the night of April 17, 2023. The incident occurred in the 500 block of West 17th Street, outside his home. According to police, Turner was robbed and shot, with the assailant taking money and a cellphone from him.
