On a tragic afternoon in Little Rock, Arkansas, the life of a promising young man, Joshua Cortez Brown, a 20-year-old Black male, was cut short. The incident unfolded on Monday, May 20, 2024, when officers from the 12th Street Division were dispatched to 2401 South Pulaski Street following reports of a shooting.
