In the pre-dawn hours of an August morning in Little Rock, Arkansas, violence shattered the quiet of a residential circle. On August 12, 2023, just after 3:30 a.m., police officers were dispatched to #3 Richsmith Circle following reports of a shooting. Upon their arrival, they discovered two young victims who had been struck by gunfire. One of the victims was 16-year-old Damarian Williams, a male, who was found with apparent gunshot wounds.
