On August 20, 2016, a shooting occurred at an apartment complex on 65th Street in southwest Little Rock, Arkansas, resulting in the death of 21-year-old Michael Lee and critical injuries to 20-year-old Anthony Neal. The incident took place shortly before 5 a.m., prompting an immediate investigation by the Little Rock Police Department (LRPD).
