In the late hours of a Thursday night in Little Rock, Arkansas, the life of 17-year-old Marquette Muhammad was tragically cut short. On December 14, 2023, just before 11:30 p.m., police responded to a call of a shooting at an apartment complex located at 7700 N. Chicot Rd.
