Manley was last seen at his home in the vicinity of 9th Avenue and Indian School Road in Phoenix, Arizona on October 9, 1990. A cabinetmaker, he was supposed to install some cabinets at a store in El Centro, California. He never arrived there and has never been heard from again.

His pickup truck was found at his apartment complex in Phoenix, with his luggage and tools in the back. His keys and wallet were locked inside his apartment. Evidence found at the apartment indicated a homicide. ...
