In the fall of 2021, a family's life was irrevocably changed when 15-year-old Marcotulio Lopez Barrera vanished. On September 16th of that year, the teenage boy was last seen in Phoenix, Arizona. At the time of his disappearance, he was described as a male of White/Caucasian ethnicity, standing at approximately 5 feet 4 inches tall and weighing around 130 pounds.
