In Little Rock, Arkansas, on December 19, 2020, the life of 18-year-old Dante' Marion Jones, a Black male, was tragically cut short. Just months after celebrating his graduation from Hall High School in May 2020, Jones was fatally shot in what authorities would later deem an accidental incident. The shooting occurred in the 5200 block of Peach Leaf Cove, where police responded to a call shortly after 10:00 a.m. and found Jones suffering from a gunshot wound.
