In the early morning hours of January 18, 2024, the quiet of an apartment complex in Little Rock, Arkansas, was shattered by the sound of gunfire. At approximately 1:33 a.m., officers from the Southwest Division of the Little Rock Police Department were dispatched to the Otter Creek Villas on Otter Creek Parkway following a report of a shooting.
