In the early hours of June 20, 2023, the life of Tevin Zackary Randy Jackson, a 21-year-old White / Caucasian male from Charleston, West Virginia, was tragically cut short. Inside an apartment located in the 1600 block of McClung Street, a casual gathering was taking place.
