In the late hours of a Tuesday in Indianapolis, the life of Kevin Ray Luther II was tragically cut short. On October 24, 2017, near the 3400 block of East 38th Street, the sound of gunshots pierced the midnight air. When officers from the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department arrived at the scene, they discovered 31-year-old Kevin R. Luther suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
