Kevin R. Luther, a 31-year-old man, was shot and killed on October 24, 2017, in Indianapolis. The incident occurred in the 3400 block of East 38th Street, near midnight. Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department responded to reports of gunshots in the area and found Luther suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
