Dimitri Alec Kyle Coleman, a 29-year-old Black man, was tragically shot and killed in the early morning hours of May 25, 2024, in Charleston, West Virginia. The incident occurred at a restaurant and grill on the West Side of Charleston during Memorial Day weekend. According to reports, Coleman was shot multiple times, including once in the back of the head, followed by three additional shots.
