On August 26, 2022, Terry G. Moody Jr., a 48-year-old man, died in an apparent accidental shooting incident in Sissonville, West Virginia. Moody, who was originally from Glouster, Ohio, but had recently moved to Kanawha County, was involved in the fatal incident while he and his wife were working outside on their property.
