In the summer of 2017, a life was abruptly cut short on a Philadelphia street. Roderick Jones, a 50-year-old man, was in the Strawberry Mansion neighborhood on the afternoon of Wednesday, August 9th. At approximately 12:30 p.m., in the 3000 block of Fontain Street, the sound of a gunshot shattered the midday calm.
