In the spring of 2017, a tragedy shattered the peace of a Charleston, West Virginia community. On April 30th, 52-year-old Black male, Bryan Keith Johnson, was inside a residence in the 1000 block of First Avenue on the city's West Side when his life was cut short by gunfire.
