In the early morning hours of November 24, 2017, a dispute that began in a bar in Twin Lakes, Wisconsin, escalated into a violent confrontation that left two brothers dead. Richard Samuel, a 28-year-old Caucasian male, was fatally shot in the parking lot of the Beach Bar. His older brother, 31-year-old Kenneth Samuel III, was also shot and later died from his injuries at a local hospital.
