Michael Ols, a 53-year-old resident of Cross Lanes, West Virginia, was found dead on March 9, 2024. The discovery of his body was made following a series of events that began with a burglary complaint in the Poca area. West Virginia State Police were initially called to a residence in Poca for a reported burglary, where they identified Billy Cadle, 44, of Cross Lanes, as a suspect. Cadle was taken into custody at this location, where two cats were also found dead.
