In the heat of a Monday afternoon on June 9, 2014, a grim discovery was made in a remote area of Surprise, Arizona. The bodies of three individuals, including 25-year-old Garth Easton Tuggle, were found near North 219th Avenue and West Sun Valley Parkway. Tuggle, a male, was found alongside William “Billy” Kling, 41, and Lisa M. Baker, 57. The victims had been shot and their bodies were left inside a stolen vehicle that had been set on fire.
