Theron Thomas Brannon III, a 19-year-old African American male, was found fatally shot in his Winston-Salem home on December 24, 2016. The incident occurred at approximately 3:17 a.m. at 1020 Nancy Lane, where Brannon was discovered with an apparent gunshot wound. Despite the efforts of emergency responders, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
