Corey Bernard Crouch, a 28-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on September 21, 2014, in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. Corey was born on March 4, 1986, to Sonya and Bernard Crouch. He attended North Forsyth High School and was a member of St. Peters World Outreach Center. His untimely death left a void in the lives of his family and friends.
