Miguel Angel Lazaro-Padilla, a 30-year-old man from Winston-Salem, NC, was tragically shot and killed on October 5, 2019. According to the Winston-Salem Police Department, Lazaro-Padilla was driving a white sedan in the 2800 block of Cole Road around 7:00 p.m. For unknown reasons, he parked the car, got out, and was subsequently shot multiple times.
