David Perez Pineda, a 31-year-old male, was found dead on June 5, 2019, in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. The police received a call reporting a discharge of a firearm on Cole Road near Waughtown Street around 10:35 p.m. Upon arrival, officers discovered an unresponsive male on the ground. Despite attempts to perform CPR, David Perez Pineda was pronounced dead at the scene. He appeared to have sustained injuries consistent with gunfire.
