TreMon RahQuis Pittman, a 22-year-old African American male, was found unresponsive in a gold SUV outside Carmike Cinemas at 3640 Reynolda Road near Bethabara Park Boulevard in Winston-Salem, NC, on October 8, 2015. The investigation revealed that Pittman had been shot at the Brandemere Apartments before being driven to the theater parking lot, where he later died. Officers attempted life-saving measures on Pittman until paramedics arrived, but he was pronounced dead at the scene.
