Roberto Bustos, a 39-year-old Hispanic male, was found unresponsive and lying in front of 3011 Apartment B, Broadbay Drive, Winston-Salem, North Carolina, around 9 p.m. on July 4, 2014. The police identified him as Roberto Bustos, and upon arrival, they declared him dead at the scene. The investigation revealed that Bustos had been shot to death outside the apartment complex. The circumstances surrounding his death prompted the authorities to launch a homicide investigation.
