On August 15, 2024, 65-year-old Jeffery Alexander White was found fatally shot in his residence on the 5200 block of Oak Ridge Court in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. Emergency responders, including EMS and the Winston-Salem Fire Department, attempted life-saving measures, but White was pronounced dead at the scene.
