Dennis Louis McClam Jr., a 21-year-old African American male, was tragically shot and killed on February 10, 2021, in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. The incident occurred in the parking lot of an apartment complex on East 12th Street. When officers arrived at the scene, they found McClam lying on the ground with an apparent gunshot wound. Emergency medical services pronounced him dead at the scene.
