David Rojo Garcia, a 21-year-old male from Winston-Salem, North Carolina, was found dead on October 22, 2019. His skeletal remains were discovered in an open field near the 700 block of West Devonshire Street on February 25, 2021. The cause of death was determined to be a gunshot wound to the head.
