Nicholas Penaranda McGregor, a 23-year-old male from Winston-Salem, NC, was tragically found dead on September 20, 2021. The Winston-Salem Police Department responded to a call at around noon and discovered McGregor lying in the front lawn of a residence on East Davidson Avenue, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Despite the efforts of Forsyth County EMS, McGregor was pronounced dead at the scene.
